We’ve created these policies to protect your experience and support our team’s time, energy, and artistry. Please take a moment to review them before your appointment.
At Amber + Sage, we stand behind our work. If your result doesn’t align with the original consultation, contact your stylist directly within 14 days. We’re happy to offer a complimentary adjustment when appropriate.
We do not offer refunds for hair services.
Adjustments must reflect the original consultation- not a change of mind.
The original stylist will perform the adjustment unless management approves otherwise.
We love kids — many of us are parents!
However, to maintain a calm and safe environment, children are not allowed in the salon unless they’re receiving a scheduled service.
-Their service must not overlap with a parent’s color or processing time.
-We do not specialize in children’s cuts, and cannot supervise little ones.

1st cancellation within 48 hours: 50% charge
2nd cancellation within 48 hours: 100% charge + 50% deposit for future bookings
No-shows: 50% charge the first time, 100% after
10+ minutes late? Your appointment may be canceled and charged per this policy
All deposits and fees are non-refundable. Life happens, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken in the salon for promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for:

We accept exchanges or store credit within 14 days on unopened, unused items — with a receipt.
We do not accept returns on opened or used items due to hygiene standards.
We use an automated system to confirm and remind you of your appointments.
